Sausage, Cabbage and Carrots
Yum so much flavor in one pan!
1 lb. sausage links or loose, any flavor 1 medium onion diced
3 1/2 cups course cut cabbage 1/2 - 2/3 garlic powder
2 cups sliced carrots 1/4 - 2/3 cup water
salt & pepper to taste 1 tsp. sugar (optional)
Brown sausage in a deep skillet, (if using links cut into bite size pieces) when sausage is about halfway done add onions and carrots. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes over medium heat, add cabbage. Continue to cook until veggies are tender, add water if needed. Add seasonings cover and simmer about 5 minutes. yum you're ready to eat!
